Just wanted to let you know that I saw Dr Bera today and good news, he is taking me off my blood pressure meds. Since I start with Transitions my blood pressure started coming right down and staying down. This is great because I thought that I would be taking those meds for the rest of my life.

The other good news is that I lost a couple more pounds since you weighted me last. When I talked to Dr Bera I let him know how much I liked the program and how much I needed to continue in the program. While I know the diet I need the SUPPORT. He said Doris will let me know as soon as the meetings are ready to start up again.
