I am not sure if I am to comment on my own post - but I thought it would be good to keep my comments separate from the article.

It is amazing to see this happening in America.

Fitness is not just for the rich or for people with lots of time to take care of themselves. Good health comes with awareness and education.

The problem - I believe is that we hear too much marketing and not enough real facts backed by real science.

Everyone is inclined to go for the quick cure - meanwhile their bodies & loved ones pay the price.

Now perhaps you can see why I am on this crusade. I will keep spreading my message and promoting good health one person at a time if I have too. I really feel as though I am saving lives, helping marriages and helping the economy by bringing people back to good health through education and exercise.

Now as you can see I am not a journalist nor do I have proper grammar skills etc, but I hope you are getting the message.
